Colt 1908 Vest Pocket .25 ACP serial number 347907 - Pistol is blued and is fitted with original factory flush medallion machine checkered walnut stocks with forward facing flush medallions (ca. 1924). These early flush medallions show more detail than the later type. Pistol is accompanied by its original box numbered to the gun with "WOOD BLUE" end label which was used for just a short time following the introduction of the checkered walnut stocks. The Colt historical letter confirms that this Colt was shipped with blue finish and checkered wood stocks to W. Bingham Company, Cleveland, Ohio on February 6, 1925 in a 30 gun shipment.
